Established in 1992, Wuxi Filin Electronics Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Little Swan (China), Peacock Electric (Thailand) and Hexingtai (Hong Kong), with a total registered capital of USD1,800,000. Having specialized in the research and manufacture of PCBA for household appliances for more than ten years, we have become one of the largest R&D centers and manufacturers of PCBA for home appliances in China.

Our 180 employees have the capacity to produce 4,000,000 sets of PCBA annually. In the year 2002, our total production reached 1,600,000 sets, with sales amounting to USD2,000,000. Our main customers include Little Swan, Panasonic, Fujitsu-General, LG, Electrolux and Caterpillar. In addition, 30% of our PCBA are exported to clients in North America, South America, Southeast Asia and Europe.

Due to our strong professional R&D team, we have already achieved a complete breakthrough in the research and design of controllers for appliances such as washing machines, air conditioners, refrigerators, dishwashers and induction cookers. We have now begun to design and develop industrial and IT PCBAs. Through close cooperation with many famous international companies, for example NEC, Motorola, Toshiba, ST, and Mitsubishi, we have continuously unveiled many innovative products for the market.

We have been certified as meeting ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards, and utilize '6 Sigma' in our production site management to not only improve costing and quality but also to further streamline our processes. As a means of meeting market and customer requirements, we are capable of producing lead-free PCBA.

Successful co-operation between Little Swan, Fujitsu-General, Panasonic, LG and Caterpillar in the manufacture, research and development of PCBAs has greatly enhanced our levels of technology, management and quality control.
